This program provides trainees the skills and techniques required to meet the operational requirements of food service establishments.
They work on a specified food preparation and production operation activities in the food service establishment to provide the best of product and services to their customers. They may work individually or in a team in a conducive and safe environment. They must also be aware of new development in order to keep up-to-date in the rapidly changing of foodservice sector.

Students learn to assemble, maintain, and repair computer hardware systems and optimize operating systems, drivers and storage capacities. The students study the fundamentals of electronics, computer networking and security control. Students also get to learn and enter the information technology field with the necessary skills and understanding needed in the current job market. A blended learning model of hands on labs and classroom studies.
